Johnson Creek Police Department is led by the Chief of Police, who is responsible for organizing and directing the department's personnel and resources. Department functions are protection of life and property and preservation of peace and good order in the Village. Police Department staff includes the part-time chief, part-time sergeant, three full-time officers, eight part-time officers and an administrative assistant.
The Police Department offers some DMV services during regular office hours. There is an additional processing fee of $16.25 for renewals and $38.00 for all other services. Services available include:

National Drug Take Back Day – April 26, 2025
The Johnson Creek Police Department is participating in National Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This event offers a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused, unwanted, or expired prescription medications.
To ensure safe disposal, please empty all medications into a sealed baggie before dropping them off at the Johnson Creek Police Department during the event hours. Proper disposal helps prevent drug misuse and protects our environment.
We encourage all residents to take advantage of this opportunity to clean out their medicine cabinets and make a positive impact on our community!
