Pleasant Park

Pleasant Park is a new residential development featuring 18 twin-home (duplex) units on Resort Drive, near County Highway Y and Union Street. Each home will be separated by a zero-lot line, allowing for individual ownership of each side.

The development is ideally located just a short walk from Crossroads Landing Park, a recreational trail, and the highway bike route, offering residents easy access to outdoor amenities. It will also include a large central greenspace designed to enhance the neighborhood’s appeal and overall livability.

Groundbreaking Ceremony (7/31/2025)

In July, Village officials and Loos Homes celebrated the groundbreaking of Pleasant Park with a special ceremony. Community members, partners, and leaders came together to mark the start of construction on this new residential development.
