Several exciting residential projects are underway in Johnson Creek:

  • The Ponds at Johnson Creek, a multi-building apartment complex by National Management, is on track to welcome its first residents in July. Additional buildings will open in phases.

  • National Management has also proposed a second project, Shadow Ridge, near the north end of Remmel Drive, with plans for more units and expanded amenities.

  • Pleasant Park, a twin-home (duplex) neighborhood by Loos Homes, is coming to Resort Drive near Crossroads Landing Park. The development will include 18 individually owned units and a large shared greenspace.

  • Centennial Fields, a 70-lot single-family home subdivision by Kaerek Homes, will expand housing north of Midge Street and Centennial Park.
