As part of the EPA’s Lead and Copper Rule, all public water systems were required to prepare an inventory of service line materials by October 16, 2024. Because the initial inventory failed to meet all requirements by October 16, 2024, Johnson Creek Water Utilities incurred a violation that was required to be disclosed to all customers.
